Solution: This chapter deals with another important aspect and that is Leadership Development. Till now we have been dealing with factors that are required by the leaders and followers to establish efficient leadership and followership skills. But above all it takes a lot to become leaders and therefore, the development of leaders requires sound training and management skills.
